Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before ordering.
1. Due to Hygiene & Safety
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales of intimate products are final once the package has been opened or the safety seal has been broken.
We cannot accept returns of used or opened items under any circumstances.
2. Eligible Returns
We will happily replace or refund an item if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. How to Request a Return
Email us at support@mydarkpassion.com with the following details:

Order number

Product name
-
Reason for return (with photos if damaged or defective)
Once approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email support@mydarkpassion.com.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
